How conducting Focus Groups sets our firm apart from the rest!

Hi, this is Lucas Foust from Foust Law Office, and I'm here to answer another quick question. This question is something that's unique about Foust Law Office. More than any other law firm in the State, we do focus groups on a regular basis. Over the past four to five years I've conducted and led over 100 focus groups. This jury research is invaluable. As a matter of fact, attorneys come to us to allow us the opportunity to evaluate their cases in front of a focus group.

Lucas Foust:
A focus group is comprised of people who fit certain demographic groups that are similar to a jury pool in a particular county. We try to use good solid demographics, and what we do is we run your case, or we run another attorney's case, by those focus group members to evaluate what their thoughts are. This gives us an opportunity to figure out the strengths and weaknesses of a case, to deal with issues that we maybe didn't think of as attorneys, and more than anything else it provides you as our potential client, or as our client, the opportunity to see how real people, regular people, not just lawyers, are going to look at the facts in your case and provide an opinion. As often as not, we are surprised by the results that we get, and that's the one common thing, the one consistency is how different regular folks look at issues than attorneys.
